Meet Jack

Your personal nutritionist.

I am a certified nutritional practitioner with a bachelors degree in sports and exercise science. I competed for my high school and university basketball teams, and also have experience coaching athletes of different ages and abilities. I am also a qualified fitness instructor. I love food, exercise, and expanding my knowledge on health and how the human body functions optimally. When I’m not working you can usually find me in the kitchen, the gym, on the basketball court, golf course, or on the local Port Moody hiking trails.

Originally from England, I have spent time living in 5 different cities around the world before settling in Port Moody, BC. During my time living in different parts of the world I gained a great insight into how different societies view and approach health and nutrition, as well as how to work with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds.

My interest in holistic nutrition and health developed from my own health and wellness issues in my late 20’s. A stressful work life, lack of exercise, and poor nutrition led to weight issues, low energy, lack of drive, and a decline in my mental health. I knew how nutrition could help athletic performance from my education but had never considered how much this could impact my everyday physical and mental health. This sparked a desire to further my education and make big changes to my life before my health worsened.

Through personal development, education, and trying many different approaches I was able to work with my body to become happier, healthier, and more productive than ever before . I am now driven to help others achieve optimal health and allow them to unlock their own potential using my experience, education, and my desire to constantly expand my knowledge and improve.

I specialise in helping busy professionals, athletes, and active individuals improve their performance and optimise their health by educating and coaching them from where they are at to give them the tools, knowledge, and support to achieve their goals and improve their health.
